Kids Elementary School

A fun, energetic class focused on coordination, balance, strength basics, and confidence building. Kids learn proper form, practice movement skills, and stay active in a positive environment.

Plank Position

Kids Middle School

A more structured version designed for older kids. We work on foundational strength, athletic movement, safe resistance training, and conditioning — perfect for building confidence and preparing for sports.
