Swipe left if you have tight / sore shoulders and some range of motion loss.

Roll out your shoulders -

Get yourself a tennis or lacrosse ball. Push in and roll from the inside out and hold in more tender areas for 20-30 seconds. This will have an immediate impact on range of motion/pain if your issue is inflammation or muscular.
