SoFit HiiT Training
Our small group personal training is limited to just six people, creating an intimate and focused environment where coaches can closely monitor form and provide personalized guidance. Each session includes five to six full-body stations, with one minute of work followed by one minute of rest. We begin with a dynamic warm-up, flow into the workout, add in core or mobility work, and finish with a full-body stretch to leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

Combat Strong
A 45-minute powerhouse class combining the best of boxing and strength training. Start with 25 minutes of high-energy boxing drills in a fun and friendly environment, then finish strong with 20 minutes of targeted strength and conditioning to build power and endurance. Perfect for all fitness levels!

Full Body Strength
Train smarter and stronger with this total-body workout that uses the entire gym — from free weights and machines to functional tools and cardio equipment. You’ll build balanced strength, improve movement quality, and increase endurance with guided coaching and proper technique every step of the way

Hybrid Athlete
A dynamic blend of strength, stability, and endurance training. This full-body class combines Pilates, dumbbells, kettlebells, bars, TRX, core, and bodyweight work to build total-body control and power. Designed to improve strength, mobility, and athletic performance — move, sweat, and train like a true hybrid athlete.
