Wanna look like you have a smaller waist? To start, let’s look at the bigger picture to make things look smaller (or more proportionate). The wider your shoulders and back, the smaller your waist will appear. So, what is an excellent way to achieve this build?
Lateral raises are one of my favorite exercises to get my shoulders to pop–as long as I’m not swinging the weights & shoulders; don’t lift up.
